This is regarded the focus of concentration for the integrated operation of the Division abroad. It symbolizes the active give and take and the positive participation in the community framework domestically, regionally or globally.

1. Control of coordination and cooperation with entities related to social activity, being governments, agencies or institutions.
2. Signature of bilateral agreements with sister and friendly countries in community welfare and development e.g. The woman and Family Affairs, poverty, childhood and the citizens with special requirements .. etc.
3. Receipt of external participation in debates, seminars, workshops and conferences.  Reports here are analyzed to be distributed among quarters concerned for documentation, evaluation and follow up.
4. Initiation of cooperation contacts with the Ministry, agencies and institutions and global organization to develop social achievement at international images.
5. The keeness to procure training as coordinated with authorities concerned.
6. Reinforcement of and tactful relations between the Ministry and the agencies concerned with Foreign Cooperation.
7. Propagation of social welfare development programmes among granting institution to finance them.

On behalf of H.E. the President a delegated deputy took part in New York Child Summit.

A delegation visited the State of Qatar. Valuable experience in woman affairs was investigated. In exchange several women social centres have been inaugurated, being financed by Qatar.

A gender integration document was endorsed among peace issues at on JGAD Summit.

The Ministry took part in the Arab Woman Summit.

The Sudan also participated in Arab Summit for elderlies at ministerial and expert levels, as well as:   

A delegation chaired by H.E. Deputy President attended the second international society to protect the old folk in Madrid. In collaboration with Arab/Islamic States the Sudan set  a scheme concentrating on the assumption that the family is  the model home for the doting individuals

The Ministry –Welfare & social security took part in the Arab conference for the Handicapped, Beirut-Lebanon. The theme was; prospective status of the disabled community.

The Ministry participated in a debate on financing social activity – the present and future, Bahrain. Sudanese model of Zakah implementation was exposed for reference applicability.

The Ministry also membered the Afro/ Arab population Conference.

On mid-December 2002 the Ministry was present in the 22nd Cession of the Arab Social Affairs Minister .our represented chaired a committee to establish two centres for the Palestinian handicapped of the “Intifada”.

A delegation attended the African Human Rights Convention and pertinent agenda relevant  to the women rights in Addis Ababa.

The first Arab Conference as a human development symposium – Cairo.

Seminars on adequate scientific technique to verify Arab indictors for social development- Truisia.

A symposium of the Islamic Women ssociation in the media – Indonesia.

The inaugural session for the Executive Council –Arab woman Association to exptend the circumference for dialogue and counsel – Jordan.

The first Arab Conference for human development sponsored by the Arab woman Association – Cairo.

The Arab Woman Conference- Syria.

Other relevant minor activities at the A for/ Arab regional level were attended.
