The cradle was the Ministry –Social Affairs, instituted during the first national government 1955, then there was a process of nominations prior to or after independence 9^th Jan 1955 -17^th Nov.  1958. Till the October Revolution (1964). The mother Ministry was disintegrated. There were divisions affiliated to the Ministry of information of labour. This status was retained till the formation of the government of 1966.The Ministry retained the title of Defence, Information of Social Affairs. In it 1967they called it alone the Ministry of was succeeded by the title, Ministry of Information and labour, then Technology and Information. Social Welfare was integrated to both.
